REFUND POLICY

Due to all of our prints being fulfilled as ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is defective or the wrong item was received, please email us at orders@thickcanvas.com with your order number and billing address.

Please contact Thick Canvas before returning any items.

It is essential that the consumer has control over their delivery to verify that this is an accurate and error-free purchase. At the complaint, the customer contacts Thick Canvas and gives information relevant and reason for complaint.

 

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or noticed upon receiving the item that it has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If a package is returned to us for any reason, you have 14 days to contact orders@thickcanvas.com for your item to be reshipped. If an incorrect address is provided during this process, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.

 

Unclaimed Prints 

For orders that are not claimed at your local post office within 14 days, Thick Canvas reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs. After 15 business days, returned items will be marked as unclaimed and will be unable to be reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Prints

Thick Canvas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Thick Canvas will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
